Mario Fava S.I.S.T. (Roma), Dip. H.C.M., graduated in Catering Management from the School of Hotel Catering and Tourism Studies in July of 1985, and from the Scuola Internazionale di Scienze Turistiche in Rome in June of 1986. Mario Fava also trained for a year at the Hilton, Hyde Park, London.

After having worked in the tourism industry for 15 years, occupying top management positions with prime hotel names such as Hilton and Thompson, Mario was ambitious to start his own business. This ambition led to the establishment of Chemex in Malta.

Alexandra joined the business as Director in 2002 and has since then been taking care of shipping, correspondence and the running of the administrative offices. Mario takes care of staff training, budgets and forecasts. Together they are responsible for the day-to-day running of the business.

Marco was the first full-time salesman employed by Chemcare Ltd. in 2002, and still proudly works for FCS. Marco takes pride in his work and as a result of his professional and friendly approach, has given an excellent and distinguished performance throughout. After years of working with FCS, Marco is necessarily the most experienced member off our staff. He is responsible for the Nothern part of Malta and the island of Gozo. Amongst his noteworthy clients are NSTS (The National Students Travel Foundation), The Presidential Palace, The Parliament Building and Hugo's (one of Malta's top bars in the entertainment industry).

Kevin is responsible of Southern Malta. This market had proved to be extremely difficult to penerate and several attempts to do so had failed before Kevin joined our ranks. Being from the South himself, Kevin took over the market in a couple of days and thanks to his energetic performance and veni-vidi-vici approach, FCS has since his employment dominated it. Amongst his most prominent clients are 5th Avenue, S.F.C., Palazzo Events, Carehomes Malta and Heritage Malta.

Before the employment of Marco Camilleri, during the company's start-up, the Managing Director was solely responsible for sales. Although nowadays Mario focuses more on administration, he is still responsible for sales in the hotel sector which consists of some of the company's most esteemed clients such as Hilton, Intercontinental, Le Meridien and Radisson SAS.

Simon is FCS' longest-serving deliveryman and store-keeper. Simon is diligent and hard-working and manages huge loads of work on a daily basis: keeping the warehouse organized and delivering Chemex products all around Malta.

Simon is assisted by FCS' youngest employee Manuel Debono. Why use a ladder when you have Manuel climbing onto and hanging from the shelving in our stores? Manuel is fast and friendly.
